Terms of Service
Please read the Terms of Service below thoroughly before inquiring about any available animals. If you purchase an animal from me, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms below.
Payment Terms
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. No checks or Money Orders. Cash payments are accepted on a case by case basis, and only for local/meet-up sales.
In order to hold a gecko, a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made on the animal, and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days, unless other plans have been discussed and agreed upon between myself (Kazzy's Kritters) and the buyer. No holds will be placed on an animal without a 20% deposit.
Kazzy's Kritters reserves the right to deny sales for any reason. No sales to anyone under the age of 18 years old.

Local Transactions
If you reside in the Nashville, TN area, or nearby cities, arrangements may be made for local pick-up or delivery. This will be on a case by case basis.
Payment Plans
Here at Kazzy's Kritters, we accept payment plans on a case by case basis. A 20% non-refundable down payment is required. We will discuss payment intervals with the buyer.
If the animal(s) is paid in full, but must be held due to weather conditions or other concerns, the animal will be held for up to 90 days with no charges to the buyer. If, for whatever reason, the buyer decides to cancel the transaction, 20% of the purchase amount will be retained by Kazzy's Kritters as a holding fee.

Shipping
Kazzy's Kritters ships to the lower 48 states (No Alaska or Hawaii sales). This is for the health and safety of our animals.
No shipping if the overnight is below 40F or daytime temperatures exceed 80F. This, again, is for the health and safety of our animals.
Shipping is done through either UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight. We at Kazzy's Kritters reserve the right to change our shipping options at our discretion. However, shipping will always be Overnight, and there will be no added charges if the shipping method must be changed for your order. We will inform you if a different method is to be used.
If you have a preferred shipping method, please inform us upon purchasing an animal. If I find the shipping method agreeable, I will use that method. I reserve the right to deny use of any shipping method if I feel that it could be in any way harmful to the wellbeing of the animal(s) being shipped.
Shipping days are only on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. This is to prevent any delays and weekends stays during shipment. With shipping, there is always a risk of lost packages, packages being sent to the incorrect address, etc. Kazzy's Kritters is NOT responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
We will contact you the day before shipping to verify the arrival date and time. If we do not receive confirmation from you that day, we reserve the right to postpone shipping until a later date.
Someone must be present to sign for the package upon first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void. Be sure to schedule shipping for a day/time that someone will be there to receive the package.
Shipping costs are variable, and depend on your location in relation to mine. When inquiring about a gecko, please include you zip code for a shipping quote.

Communication
Once an animal is put on hold, the buyer must remain in contact with Kazzy's Kritters. If there is no contact within 30 days of last contact, the transaction will be seen as canceled. Kazzy's Kritters will retain the 20% non-refundable deposit, but will refund any payments made toward the purchase after the deposit through Paypal. If another payment method was used, it is up to the buyer to contact Kazzy's Kritters for the refund (minus the 20% deposit).
Health Guarantee
All animals have a limited health guarantee for 10 days after the animal(s) are in your possession. Tails are NOT guaranteed. Shipping is very stressful for any animal, and geckos are known to drop their tails during stressful situations. The health guarantee does NOT cover injuries incurred during shipment.
If your animal arrives with any injuries, or is visibly ill, you have 2 hours from arrival time to contact Kazzy's Kritters with pictures. We will assist you in any way we can with treating the animal, as long as it is within the requirements of our guarantee.
If proper quarantine practices are not performed, the health guarantee is void. We here at Kazzy's Kritters suggest a 30 day quarantine away from all other animals, during which time there is minimal handling of the animal(s) to reduce stress and risk of infectious diseases, parasites, etc. from spreading. The health guarantee will also be voided if proper care is not taken of the animal(s). Please do thorough research, and have the enclosure(s) set-up and ready to go for the arrival of your animal(s). If you are purchasing multiple animals from Kazzy's Kritters, we suggest housing each individually. Failure to do so will void the guarantee. These may seem harsh, but these stipulations are for the health and wellbeing of these animals. We care deeply for these reptiles, and want to see them thrive in your care. If the animal perishes within the 10 day limited health guarantee, we must be notified immediately, and will need to see photo or video verification of the animal. You will either be refunded the cost of the animal, or you will be shipped a replacement animal, if possible, with buyer being responsible for shipment costs.
If you are dissatisfied with the animal(s), please notify me immediately upon arrival. At our discretion, we will either replace the animal (buyer is responsible for all shipping costs), or give you a credit towards another animal.
